There are times when we have done everything right. We have sat with the pain, done the inner work, healed the wounds, and released the anger, the shame, and the grief. We have truly forgiven — and yet still, somehow, we do not feel completely free. Something lingers. An invisible energetic tie that keeps pulling us back, however gently, to a person or a chapter we have already closed.
That is not a failure of your healing, darling. That is simply a cord that is ready to be cut.
My Cutting Cords ceremony is a sacred and powerful ritual for the woman who has done the deep emotional work and is now ready to complete her release on an energetic level. Think of it as tending to the soil of your soul — clearing it, nourishing it, and preparing it to receive everything beautiful that is coming next.
This ceremony can be performed at any time throughout the year, including on any Full or New Moon, though my favourite time is during the sacred Dark Phase of the Year between September and the Winter Solstice.
Please note — this ritual requires complete honesty with yourself. If any ill feeling or resentment remains towards the person you wish to release, the ceremony will not be fully effective. This is a ritual of true completion, and it works only from a place of genuine readiness to let go.
