The Sacred Rose & Heart Ceremony is a deeply intimate and transformational three hour in person experience, created for the woman who is ready to come home to her heart. Together we will journey inward through the ancient and beautiful language of ceremony and ritual — beginning with a grounding and connecting rose tea ritual, moving into deep meditation, and culminating in the Heart Ritual itself. The Heart Ritual — created by the gifted and extraordinary Bahar — is a profound and deeply moving process at the very heart of this ceremony. I am fully trained and certified by Bahar herself in the delivery of this sacred ritual, which means you are held throughout by someone who has learned directly from its creator and carries that knowledge, that responsibility, and that honour with the deepest care and integrity. Beginning with a ceramic heart, a symbol of your own, you will break it open and sit with what spills out — the heartbreaks, the joys, the lessons, the moments that have shaped you into the woman you are today. Each broken piece holds a story, and through gentle reflection you will honour every single one. And then, in an act of breathtaking beauty and resilience, you will mend your heart back together with gold — transforming what once felt broken into a radiant and powerful symbol of your own extraordinary strength. As we close our time together we will reflect, journal, and seal your experience with a beautiful rose flower blessing ceremony — a loving and magickal send off for the woman stepping back into the world a little more open, a little more free, and a little more herself than when she arrived.
